Tatk bat Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide

Tatk bat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and analytics service provider. These terms and conditions apply to the use of tatk bat's website (tatkbat.net) and mobile app.

By registering with or using tatk bat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

Registration Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh where online betting is not prohibited by law.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You may not open an account on behalf of another person or for any commercial purpose.

Identity Verification (KYC):

Tatk bat follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for security purposes. After registration, or prior to withdrawing above a certain threshold, you may be required to submit documents for identity verification.

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Terms:

• Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the match begins. Bets placed after kick-off apply to the Live Betting section only.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tatk bat reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) are strictly prohibited.

Live Betting:

Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are not final until confirmed. tatk bat reserves the right to change or suspend odds on live betting at any time.

Tatk bat supports Bangladesh's major payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Under its anti-money laundering policy, tatk bat may investigate any suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals will always be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer can only be used once per member.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the specified wagering requirements have been met after a bonus is received.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.

Referral Bonus:

• Conducting illegal or suspicious transactions.
• If you are underage or register using another person's identity.

In the event of account closure, tatk bat will endeavor to return any valid balance; however, bonus funds or amounts linked to suspicious transactions may be forfeited.
